This policy applies to the AIblty / AIBLTYCODE learning application and website operated by Sianlk. It explains the personal data used to provide accounts, learning progress, subscriptions and optional AI features.
The Android app requests internet access. It does not request contacts, precise location, SMS, call logs, microphone or camera permissions in the current release.
To authenticate users, save and synchronise learning progress, provide subscriptions, operate games and learning features, respond to support/deletion requests, prevent abuse and improve reliability. We do not sell personal data.
AIblty uses Supabase for authentication/database services and Stripe for payments/subscriptions. Optional AI features may send the content needed to answer a request to the configured AI service provider. Each provider processes data under its own contractual and privacy obligations.
The teaching method deliberately explains concepts in language simple enough for a very young beginner to understand. That is a learning-design choice, not an account-age statement. AIblty accounts are intended for users aged 13 or over unless a parent/guardian-managed version is separately offered under the applicable child/family rules.
Account and learning data are retained while the account is active and deleted when the account is permanently deleted, subject to limited backups/provider retention. Payment/transaction records may be retained where necessary for tax, accounting, chargeback, fraud-prevention or other legal obligations.
You can permanently delete your account inside the app at Settings → Privacy → Delete my account. You can also request deletion without the app at aiblty.com/delete-account.html. Account deletion cancels active AIblty subscriptions and removes or anonymises associated learning/profile data.
We use authenticated access controls, least-privilege database policies/service roles for privileged operations, encrypted HTTPS transport provided by our hosting/services, secret separation and automated security/build checks. No internet service can promise absolute security.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, object to certain processing or delete personal data. Contact us to exercise a right or use the in-app deletion controls.
