AIblty lets account holders permanently delete their account and associated learning data.
This cancels active AIblty subscriptions and deletes the account, profile and associated learning records.
If you cannot sign in or have already uninstalled the app, email the privacy contact below from the email address associated with your AIblty account. Include the words “AIblty account deletion request”.
Your authentication account, profile, learning progress, badges/owned learning items, skill/challenge progress and user-linked battle participation are deleted or anonymised. Active subscriptions are cancelled.
Payment providers may retain transaction records where required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, chargebacks or other legal obligations. Those records are not kept as an active AIblty learning account.
